BOM Import : Sample file

in Agile (MOSC) Question
HI,

Does anyone have a sample of an excel file(preferably) which I could use as a basis to import BOM data from the Finished Good level down 2 levels. I have done item imports (2000+ line items) where I bring in a new item and its associated data from page 2 and 3 details. But have not done a BOM where I would import not only the child item part no, but its part details as well. IMport guide does not provide enough detail.

Or, can i just export out an existing BOM and use it to determine the format and content for importing?
