Visible Demand Flag

Hi!!
For a sales order line of line type = Line Flow - Generic, Bill Only, and line status = Entered, I am seeing that visible demand flag = Y. Any idea why?

This is creating an issue when we are collecting data for ASCP and in planners workbench we can see the Entered order line for Bill Only line type which is not right.
