Data installer/hrglobal.drv question - JIT/GEOCODE parameter

Data installer/hrglobal.drv question:

When running data installer/hrglobal.drv  there is a JIT/GEOCODE parameter that I notice we have been setting to YES everytime we run it (which means it suns at least quarterly).  What does the JIT/GEOCODE parameter set to YES do?  Will doing this every time we run data installer/hrglobal.drv cause us problems?
