 Hi Sandip :This thread will address your following issue - 

We faced an issue while applying the 1st pre req patch - please suggest.

1) While applying the preq req patch # 12378114 (:R12.PJ_PF.B : Oracle Projects Release Update Pack 4 for 12.1 R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.4) --- Failed with below error and attached logs (Patch and Worker logs), Please upload the same to Oracle support.

Error during upload of Fnd_Columns
ORA-01722: invalid number
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_XDFDICTIONARY_PKG", line 214
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_XDFDICTIONARY_PKG", line 1832
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at line 1
