How to get itemwise quantity shortage based on sales order

Hi,

We are using item qty reservation for sales order based on on hand quantitiy.

Where can we get the sales order wise shortage details ?

i.e we expect that if we enter the from and to date, system should show the orderwise, itemwise shortage quantity, which help

procurement and manufacturing as well...
