RMAN-05019: WARNING: no channel of required type allocated to recover copy of datafile 1

My nightly backup which is the recommended RMAN recover of datafilecopy has recently started giving me this error.

RMAN-05019: WARNING: no channel of required type allocated to recover copy of datafile N

The only change I can think of is changing the Retention policy to a recovery window of 3 days, before it was set to a redundancy of 1.

Any ideas as to what is going on.

Should I be concerned?
