Getting Intermittant Error SBL-DAT-00523 while updating primary Address of Account via WF Siebel Ope

Hi,We have a Workflow which does below operations:

1. Query Account BC: Get Row Id, Primary Contact Id, Primary Address Id

2. Update Account BC using ObjectId via WF Siebel Operation Update step

3. Update Contact BC using PrimaryContactId via WF Siebel Operation Update step

4. Update Address BC using PrimaryAddressId via WF Siebel Operation Update step

But at times the Address update step fails with below error. This error is only observed in Production and about 5% of the requests fails with this.

This WF is being called via an Inbound Web Service from external system.
