Punch-out error - URGENT

Helo Gurus,
We are configuring new punch-out (direct connect to supplier from iProcurement-XML).  I have configured content zone with all supplier and KEY1 information and we are successfully connect to supplier but while return back to iProcurement getting error.

Please let me know what is the exception message and is there is something wrong on the return xml?
