Transactions did not clear from Unearned Revenue to Revenue account when the line closes. I do not

Transactions did not clear from Unearned Revenue  to  Revenue account when the line closes. I do not have the option to release it from deferred revenue.

And Oracle suggested  " to remove the contingency manually in Revenue Management work-bench in order to correct the revenue percentage level " !!!

I could not remove contingency manually, can you please suggest  "
