Bug 17583622 - E1: OMW - REPEATED 'FIND' RESULTS IN MAX CURSORS AND CACHE ERRORS

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM
======================
The following errors occur when developers are working in OMW for en extended period of time and repeatedly click 'Find'

Error: Open Cursor for cache OMWCache failed
Error: Add to cache OMWCache failed


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================

  • Go into OMW
  • Click on ‘Find' a number of times, errors after approx. 100 clicks

DESIRED OUTCOME
===============
Users should be able to do development work without having to interrupt their session to clear cache.
