Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC)

Oracle Reports generating XML output and not PDF format.

I am troubleshooting a SEV1 SR and I am working in a cloned environment to assist in troubleshooting.

As sysop, I am able to generate a PDF of the Active Users Report.

However, when my co-workers execute the "Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report", it only outputs xml, and not a PDF.

They receive: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below:"

The success of the Active Users report sugests to me that the Output Post Processor and Oracle Toolkit are working normally.

Any suggestions?

We are running Oracel 12.1.3, on an 11.2.0.2 database, AIX 6.1 operating system, 1 apps node, 1 database node
