Getting ORACLE error 6550 in FDPSTP when scheduled PPR is submitted (R12.0.6)

Has anyone encountered this
I have logged SR   with support

I have checked the  concurrent program   and it is set to stored procedure

We have multiple PPRs on a daily basis  ( due to setups made when we migrated from R11i

We are receiving this error when running a Scheduled payment request via  scheduled  job

 

Direct hit on  Bug 9475295 : R12 PUBLISH ACTUAL PAYMENT COMPLETES IN ERROR ORA-06550

 

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-6550: line 1, column 7:

  PLS-306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to

  'PAYMENT_ACTUAL_RUN'

  ORA-6550: line 1, column 7:

  PL/SQL: Statement ignored

 

I ran  select bug_number, trackable_entity_abbr, aru_release_name, baseline_name,
