PO Output for Communication Test Debug is not printing XML to Log file? (POXPOPDF)

Hi
I am trying to customize the PO report.  I have downloaded the necessary patch and installed it. (apps.po_custom_xmlgen_pkg)  I have added the necessary code in the package to in turn call my custom package and generate the xml.  However when I run Po Output for Communication for a PO, with the TEST parameter to Debug, the xsl and xml output is NOT printing to the log file.  Wondered if anyone had ever ran into this before?  It prints the Parameter values, m_withTerms : Y, Executing the query for header id and then nothing.  next line is End of Printing.  It
