Urgent!!!! Help needed in OAF VO extension

Hello OAF Gurus,

I'm new to OAF extensions. Hope this is the right community/fporum for this question.

We have R12.1.3.

I have extended EgoMtlSystemItemsVO view Object and EgoMtlSystemItemsVLEO EO to add a new field from a legacy table. I imported the jpx and I can see the view object reflecting my changes.

However when I try to personalize the OA page to expose the new field/attribute in the VO, It doesn't display the value.

Am I doing anything wrong?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would be happy to share the details if anyone can help.
