decryption error in oracle golden gate 11.2.1.0.11

When we are trying to replicate the data from db2 to db2 with oracle golden gate 11.2.1.0.11, its throwing an error as shown below:

OGG-00303  Error (-13) decrypting string: Unknown or User Defined error.

According to the documentation, we have set the LIBPATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH as session variables in a process. However, still its getting failed with the above error? Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
