E1 ALERT: Note ID 1590851.1, IBM JAVA GROUP PTF causing E1 Kernels to fail - Error: JDESPECRESULT_JA

We are currently having a few issues from the clients who get failure messages in E1 kernels (i.e. Error: JDESPECRESULT_JAVAALLOCATEBUFFERERROR or JdeJvm::CheckForExceptions)  which in turn cause UBEs to fail after applying the latest IBM Cumulative Package or IBM JAVA Group PTF (Java Fixes).
