After performed actions in doc 1207184.1,we still get "The Applications Digital Signature Cannot Be

In order to Suppress "The Applications Digital Signature Cannot Be Verified" When Launching Forms message, we implemented the actions mentioned in Note 1207184.1: Enhanced Signing of Oracle E-Business Suite JAR Files
But we still see the message "The Applications Digital Signature Cannot Be Verified".

The actions we performed is:
•    Apply required AD patch 10282581
•    Run adjkey to create a new certificate with the RSA algorithm and 3072 bit key size, and load it into adkeystore.dat
•    create certificate request for signing Jar Files with in-house certificate authority
•    Copy Root Certificate to server and add it to the default keystore. File named myca.crt under $OA_JRE_TOP/lib/security
