Unable to Close the Receivables Period

Hi,
Unable to close the Receivables period, Period Close diagnostics output shows no un-accounted or un-transfered entry and yet we are unable to close the period.
Note: [ID 1479975.1]: SQL script given in the note returned single row, screen shot attached
