S11.1 enable mpxio make reboot grub error

i install s11.1 with default configuration.  i enable mpxio and OS reboot by stmbsboot  successfully. after i reboot os again, there appear grub menu error.

root@SOH4SER1-BL5:~# reboot
reboot: Failed to process GRUB menu entry for fast reboot.
        Unknown error
reboot: Falling back to regular reboot.

i have two balde host has same issue. is this know issue and any patch could fix it?
