BI Publisher Add In: oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Variable not defined: 'fv8'.

 Hi,
I am facing an error as given below when i try to preview the report using BI Publisher Word Addin :

ConfFile: \Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\config\xdoconfig.xml
Font Dir: \Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\fonts
Run XDO Start
Template: \Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\Generate Letter\Work for Optima Renewal Letter\Grandfathered Plan inital product document renewal notification.rtf
RTFProcessor setLocale: en-us
FOProcessor setData: \Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\Generate Letter\Work for Optima Renewal Letter\TEST.xml
FOProcessor setLocale: en-us
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
