After Applying SEPA Patch 13565693 we are unable to create accounting for any OU's

Hello,

In preparation for implementing the SEPA credit transfer requirements we applied patch 1356593 to our 12.1.2 environment to get the SEPA V5 updates.  We are now unable to successfully create accounting from Payables in any of our operating units after applying this patch.  The general error we are receiving is as follows:

There are either non-accountable events existing in the system, or events which could not be processed because no data could be found on transaction objects. Please enable the profile option SLA: Enable Diagnostics,create accounting again, and run the report Transaction Objects Disagnostics to identify the problem.

There are 34 payment transactions on our US operating unit that cannot be accounted for.  The specific line error states:
