rman convert error

Hello Guys,

I am facing problem when trying to run rman convert command on source host.

I am following "Converting Data Files on the Destination Host When Transporting a Database",but with all application tablespaces ni read only mode.This way once i run the convert command and get initfile,transport script,convert script  i can start FTPing all the source application datafiles  to destination even before the actual upgrade is completed on source to save overall migration time for transfer of files from source to host.

Source host:

TEST10G * LILY> select open_mode from v$database;

OPEN_MODE
