Hi,
I am planning to prepare for 1Z0-558: Demantra Demand Management 7 Essentials. I would like to get some tips from some one who has already completed this certification. I have been working in implementation and supporting demantra system.

I would like to know about the study material that has been used by one who is already certified?
Does this certification add value to profile? 
To whom does this certification suit best?
Any other tips to prepare well for this certification?
