XML Publisher - EXCEL format - handling of multi line values

 we use RTF template.
when our user submit report request, they will go to Option->Layout->Template Format

and change it to 'EXCEL'

after the concurrent request completed, when they click on 'View Output', ms Excel open out with the output file, but the complain is

those multi line value data are converted into multi cell.

how to make the output don't convert to multi cell?
