Need to cancel the Internal Requisition

 Hi Team,

Need Help 

I have 2 Internal requisition whose status is Approved and Return respectively

 

but for both requisitions sales order line is cancelled and the header is closed

Can i cancel the Internal Requisition?

Because when i try to cancel it.. It shows "No Control action found for this Document"

or i need a data fix to cancel the IR.
