awaiting return disposition

Hi,

I have order which is status 'awaiting return disposition', i found error i table ‘rcv_transactions_interface’, I deleted the record so I can receive it again by using receiving transactions but nothing is coimng up there.

If I try to cancel the order but the message is

“You are not allowed to cancel Order Header because: Line Is Received”.

Is there a way to process this order?
