11.5.10.2 : Error generating form PAXBUEBU.fmx during patch 9038817

Hi,
We have applied the patch (9038817) successfully and the form (PAXBUEBU.fmx)
which was not generated while patching. Later, we have tried to compile the form manually which has not been generated and thrown below compilation error.

Compiling package body COPY_CONTROL...
Compilation error on package body COPY_CONTROL:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 61, column 25
component 'COPY_WITHOUT_DELETE' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 61, column 10
Statement ignored
