Manufacturing accounting for A2 Cost type

Hi,

I am trying to use A2 cost type in standard cost by defining Scrap percentage in BOM. When i do frozen cost rollup the amount related to Scrap % gets rolled up and show against A2 cost type. Now when i create a Work order of this end item and do IM which is equal to actual qty of RM + qty required to compensate against Scrap %. When i run mfg accounting for WIP accounting, the IM entry gets generated against A1 cost type for the amount related to qty actual qty+scrap qty. There is no IM entry for
