Product Configurator Link Items Not Loaded By BeginConfiguration Web Service

Dear Siebel experts,
We are facing an issue with Product Configurator link items. Seems like items are not loaded by BeginConfigration WebService.
I found that there was a known issue  "The BeginConfiguration Load operation web service is not loading link items in the vanilla 8.1.1 application. This was documented in Bug 10569776."
However since we have version 8.1.1.7  it supposed to work.

Could you please advice me on that?  Does anybode experienced similar issue?
