Work approval by operations

Hi All,

We have a scenario like this: After the work has been completed by the maintenance person, a QA person and/or an operations person needs to give a feedback on the work and approve/reject the work.

When the work is rejected then the maintenance person needs to fix the problem and then it needs a second approval.

What would be the best solution for that scenario?
