HTML Labor Debrief duration Issues

Hi,

When adding a debreif Labor line in HTML portal, there are Fields like Start Time, End Time, Service Date etc. When we click on the Start Time Lov, it only displays the option to select the Date (No option to select Time) and it takes the Time as your system time.

Also, sometimes if there is little delay in selecting the start and end time, the duration is calculated accordingly and it displays decimal values (see attached screenshot).

We are always billing the customer in days and we do not want the duration in Debrief Labor to be showing decimal quantities. This is because the start and end times are different.
