Wrong OU on SO forms

Hi
I am on Oracle 12.1.3 and I created a new LE and OU. I also completed set ups for  Receivables, Tax, order Management and Inventory. New responsibilities were also created and all profiles options (HR:Sec, MO: Ope) were set properly for each responsibility. However each time i open a SO  form using the new responsibility, it is opened in the current OU and not in the new OU.

How can i default the new OU with the new OM responsibility?
