Commision is not getting calculated in Oracle Incentive compensation on Production Environment

Hi

We are experiencing a problem on our PROD that no calculation amount shows up however both Parent and Child transaction are successful. We find out after some trouble shooting that “Retailers” which are at the lowest level of our resource hierarchy doesn’t get assigned to any pay group. Any help in this regard will be appreciated

Here is the detail

While running calculation step on PROD environment we are seeing below behavior:

• Parent calculation request shows no error upon concurrent calculation

• Child calculation request shows no error upon concurrent calculation

• No transactions are calculated, therefore no calculation amounts are displayed and transactions are all in Rolled-up Status
