11.5.10.2 : Not able tto bring up the Oracle Application after applying the patch 16921227 & 1278353

Hi ,


Today we applied the patch 16921227 & 12783535 as per the planned outage.
Patch 16921227 was applied successfully
While applying the patch it went into hung state, we  tried to exit using ADCTRL but still it was not coming out of it.
When we gave Ctrl C, the patch processed further and it got completed.


Error while starting/stoping the apache

>adapcctl.sh stop

adapcctl.sh version 115.55

ORACLE error 1013 in afpodbinit

Cause:  afpodbinit failed due to ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.ICX_SEC"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_PROFILE", line 3922
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_GLOBAL", line 1998
