QF0102005 - SWESE update not included (fyi: QF0102004 did include web server extension update)

 There is a patch for the web server extensions in branch QF0102004 and not for branch QF0102005.It's indicated in the readme for QF0102005 that an update for web server extensions is included but in the patch zip files there is no jar file and when unpacked i can't find a folder to update web server extensions.

Is this normal?
