Failed to get roles for user <anonymous>

Does anyone know why this error occurs, and how to keep it from happening?  The application appears to be functioning fine with the error occuring every minute, however the log file and standard out log file are filled up.  The standard out file is gigabytes in size after only a day.

This is with Product Oracle Retail Central Office Version 13.3.
