Hi,I want to share with the XML database community one issue that
has been recently clarified, which is not caused by neither the database
nor XDB, but it is interesting to be aware of, when using FTP to connect to the XDB repository from clients.

If there is a firewall between the database server and clients, then it is important to know that FTP protocol uses a command port (21) to send commands,
and then tells the client which ports, which are randomly assigned, will be used to send and receive data.
