Accounts to reverse match voucher (PV)

Greetings!!...

Please, I need your opinions...

I reverse a match voucher (PV) from P4314....when i did the reversion, a value went to another account... when it had to have been reversed with the same account... (the original same account)...

I see that it is happening with taxes accounts...

Where can i review?...
