Upgraded to R12.1.3 and standard report is displaying !p?21 J15m at the top of the print out

A string of charaters (!p?21 J15m) is being displayed at the top of the General Ledger (132 char) report.  It appears to be PCL (printer control language).  The report is also printing in the wrong font size to display on the page.
