US PAY: Cannot Rollback SQWL after RUP 6

12.1.3 RUP 6

After applying the RUP 6 and Q2 statuatory patches, we ran the SQWL process.

We need to roll it back, but the SQWL is no longer in the LOV for Rollback US Payroll Process - Magnetic Report.

I have discovered that one assignment's Payroll Archive is marked for retry for the 10-OCT-2013 payroll.  Could this have anything to do with it?
