FDM - Export and Check report does not show up when finished processing

Hi,

 

There are some users that when they run the FDM process, Import, Validate, Export, Load, the fourth fish does not show up.  The Check Report opens, Howeve, when the user closes the Check Report, the Export Fish is grey and the Check report fish does not appear.

The user has to refresh the screen manually for the fish to appear.

 

Is there any internet settings for this.

They are on IE9.
