What's FLP chip and IOC chip ?

Hello experts,

I refer to SCF-8001-XH - Non-fatal uncorrectable error occurred on the interface between an IOC chip and a FLP chip. (Doc ID 1021457.1)
and I'd like to know what FLP chip and IOC chip are.

- Where are they located in ? I guess both are located in IOU.
- What are their functions ?

Also, I'd appreciate if you can provide block diagram in which I can find FLP chip and IOC chip.
