version 11.1.2.3 --error failed to define data grid definition -

All -

We upgraded our EPM suite to 11.1.2.3 and also applied the .100 patch when it was released a few weeks ago.

we have tested HFM and FDM extensively and all of sudden several users and myself are getting this error when a grid is loaded  -- Error Failed to Define Data Grid Definition

any information would be most helpful
