Report/Inquiry to view the user id of the user doing the PO receipt

Hi All,
I have a query on JDE Procurement. Which Report/Inquiry can be used in JDE to view the user id of the user who did the PO receipt for a particular PO? I understand the same info can be had from databrowser but since end users will not have access to that, I am trying to find a simple front end alternative. Thank you.
