Adress Book: Using Factor Special Payee vs Alternate Address

Hi All,
I have a Q.  Our client needs, for suppliers, different addresses for mailing and physical location. What would be the best way to handle this situation - using 'Factor Special Payee' or 'Alternate Address '(Who's who)? Thank you.
