Siebel Open UI Home Page Salutation SI Applet does not render the Welcome Message

 Hi We are on Siebel 8.1.1.10 HTIM Application.
When user logs in to the application there is an warning message on the home page which says - 

 Why can't I see this applet? Open UI cannot display this type of applet.
 Contact your system administrator.

I want to understand if there is any fix for this issue ?
Kindly assist.
