Implementing Foundation HR (Shared HR)
I am working on an implementation that requires Foundation HR (Shared HR).
From investigation so far, installation steps are as follows:
1. Do not select Human Resources product on install, to ensure it is installed as Shared HR
2. Apply the latest family pack to get the latest pacthes (recommendation given by Oracle via my oracle support)
3. Do not run Data Install or HR Global Drive
In addition to the above we need to deactivate the profiles 'DateTrack:Enabled' and 'HR: Enable DTW4 defaulting'.
Is there any requirement for when these profiles should be deavtivated? Should they be deactivated before applying the latest family pack (RUP6) or after the family pack has been applied?
