Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When adding contacts from service Request the State field is mandatory when adding the address - does not allow some foreign provinces.

For example an SR from China is created and the contact is in the province of Ischaun - the only province allowed for China is Beijing.

How do we:

1. Remove the mandatory status of the State field.

2. Allow foreign provinces that do not show up in the list?
