Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Damaged Container

Guys n Gals,

We have a requirement.

We trade in High Value goods and need :

The ability to mark a container as DAMAGED even if the items / packs inside are not damaged. Is this possible? and How?
To record a SEAL Number and to capture if seal is broken or not when the container is received ?

Any ideas gents / ladies on the Out of The bOx?
