PQOR and SQOR blank

 A customer of ours is running on E1 9.1 with Tools 9.1.3 using the P42101 for order entry. After an order is entered we observe, not always, that the UORG is filled, but the PQOR and SQOR are blank. How is it possible that these fields are blank?
